Key Roles & Responsibilities
Client Communication:
Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional responses to queries.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Lead Follow-Up:
Call and follow up on leads shared by the sales team to convert them into opportunities.
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate meetings with architects, consultants, and other key decision-makers for the sales team.
Sample & Quotation Follow-Up:
Track product samples and quotations, ensuring timely updates and closures.
Client Engagement:
Send broadcast messages about new products, offers, or updates to maintain client engagement.
Onboarding Support:
Assist in client onboarding, ensure proper handholding, and follow up to measure satisfaction levels.
Record Maintenance:
Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and follow-up status in CRM or internal systems.
Internal Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and resolve client issues efficiently.
Upselling & Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on client needs.
Reporting:
Prepare and share regular reports on client interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status with management.
