We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior

Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team in driving growth and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in sales and business development, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.

Assist in managing and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.

Support lead generation activities, including market research and outreach campaigns.

Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and analyze performance data.

Help organize client meetings, product demos, and sales events.

Respond to client inquiries and route requests to the appropriate sales representative.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

0-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (internships welcome).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
