Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day communication and coordination with clients.
Prepare and send quotations based on client requirements.
Maintain records of all sales inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining long-term relationships.
Schedule and participate in client meetings and site visits as required.
Coordinate with internal departments (design, accounts, production) to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Maintain and update CRM and sales databases with accurate client interaction and transaction details.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar client-facing role.
Strong knowledge of
quotation preparation
and
client relationship management
.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel for client visits when necessary.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
