Job Description

The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by coordinating with business associates, managing sales-related data, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Coordination with Business Associates:

Act as a primary point of contact between the sales team and business associates. Facilitate communication and ensure that all parties are aligned with sales objectives and requirements. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by business associates.

Sales Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, transactions, and reports. Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing sales records and resolving discrepancies.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing files, reports, and correspondence. Manage sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and customer records. Handle inquiries from customers and business associates in a professional manner.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement within the sales coordination and compliance functions. Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
