Job Summary:
We're looking for a proactive, design-savvy B2D Account Manager to build and grow strong relationships with fashion designers, boutiques, and creative entrepreneurs. You'll manage the full client journey--from initial enquiry to sampling, order closure, and payment--while aligning with each client's unique aesthetic and seasonal needs. This role is a blend of sales, client servicing, and fashion sensibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Act as the main contact for designers and boutique clients, understanding their brand and product needs.
Sales & Order Handling
Manage end-to-end sales: enquiries, sampling, quotations, follow-ups, order processing, and payment collections.
Customer Growth & Retention
Grow account value by anticipating future needs, offering curated suggestions, and ensuring repeat business.
New Client Onboarding
Identify and onboard new, high-potential design-led clients aligned with the brand's vision.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
Maintain client records, collaborate with internal teams, and generate regular sales/account health reports.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Understanding of fashion/design businesses
Attention to detail in order management
Consultative and customer-first sales approach
Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and reporting tools
Willingness to travel for client meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or related fields
2-5 years of experience in B2D/B2B fashion or textile sales
Prior work with designers, boutiques, or export houses is a strong plus

Pay: ₹11,697.83 - ₹31,799.11 per month
