Coordinate with customers, sales engineers, and production team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery timelines.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and other sales documents based on customer requirements and sales engineer inputs.
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and portal with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
Maintain and update customer database, enquiry tracker, and follow-up records using CRM or ERP systems.
Track order status, update clients on dispatch schedules, and coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries.
Follow up with the accounts department for payment realization and assist with documentation like e-way bills, invoices, etc.
