Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with sales executives and clients for order handling, follow-ups, and documentation. Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and maintain sales records. Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and MIS data for management. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication. Support in pricing, negotiations, and preparing agreements as required. Liaise with logistics and production departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory/warehouse team, and update clients. Maintain and update CRM/ERP systems with customer and sales information. Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role. (Fresher with good communication skills can also apply) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
