Respond to customer queries and provide timely support.
Manage documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
Collaborate with vendors, transporters, and suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Maintain proper documentation related to shipments, purchase orders, and invoices.
Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays or discrepancies.
Act as a liaison between customers and technical/service teams to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Respond to customer queries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Assist in warranty, repair, and maintenance services.
