Job Location - Pune



- Key Responsibilities:



? Sales Support:



? Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.

? Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits.

? Maintain and update customer records and sales databases (CRM).

? Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

? Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, directing them

to the appropriate sales representative.

? Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

? Order Processing & Logistics



? Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation

is complete.

? Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery

of products.

? Track order status and provide regular updates to customers and sales team.

? Address and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment or delivery.

? Customer Relationship Management:

? Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders,

products, and services.

? Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.

? Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant internal teams for continuous

improvement.

? Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely

manner.

? Documentation & Reporting:

? Maintain organized and up-to-date sales files and documentation.

? Prepare various sales-related reports (e.g., weekly sales activity, monthly sales

performance).

? Assist in creating marketing materials and product brochures as required.

Qualifications:



? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

? Experience with CRM software is a plus.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

effectively.

? Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

? Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.77 per year
