We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to streamline and lead our sales operations, ensuring our sales team works efficiently and effectively to achieve business growth.
Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator will act as the backbone of the sales team, responsible for managing leads, scheduling meetings, coordinating with sales executives, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales cycle. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in driving sales operations forward.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Allocation
Identify and source potential leads through various channels (databases, industry platforms, digital outreach, etc.).
Qualify incoming leads and allocate them to the right sales executives based on territory, product focus, or expertise.
Sales Operations & Scheduling
Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and calls with potential prospects for the sales team.
Maintain the sales calendar and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
Track all activities and maintain accurate records in the internal system.
Internal Coordination & Follow-ups
Monitor the progress of assigned leads and ensure sales executives are moving opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Follow up with the team on pending tasks such as proposals, quotations, and order closures.
Provide regular updates to the CEO on lead status and sales pipeline health.
Process & Reporting
Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales documentation.
Generate and circulate weekly and monthly reports on leads, meetings, conversions, and pipeline status.
Suggest improvements in sales processes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or sales operations (FMCG or premium consumer brands preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google sheets, Excel and word; and familiarity with CRM tools.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
