Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Database Management
Identify upcoming projects and maintain an updated database of prospective clients.
Client Communication & Lead Generation
Contact prospective clients and share company profiles with new leads.
Maintain effective communication with clients through calls, emails, and written correspondence.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with the design team, accounts, and other departments for preparing quotations and tracking payment status.
Support the sales team in preparing and sending sales quotations.
Administrative Support
Handle vendor registration by submitting required documents.
Raise Proforma Invoices and assist in documentation.
Sales Records & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales records.
Prepare MIS reports periodically for submission to management.
Client Follow-ups
Follow up with clients on offers submitted, in coordination with the sales team.
Coordinate with clients for timely payments and update the sales team accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure customer satisfaction with services provided.
Collect and record feedback from existing clients to improve service quality.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
