To support the Sales team in day-to-day operations by managing data, preparing reports, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales team, distributors, and clients to ensure timely order processing and follow-ups.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain sales reports using
Advanced Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS, Data Analysis).
Track sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to management.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and documentation.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Handle customer queries, follow up on payments, and provide after-sales support.
Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and other departments for smooth order fulfillment.
Support in planning and execution of sales activities, campaigns, and meetings.
Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination / Back-office Sales Support.
Proficiency in
Advanced Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Data Validation).
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
