Location: Goregaon Head Office
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Division Head
Role Objective:
To support the sales team in achieving business targets by managing sales coordination, client communication, documentation, and order execution for SGX Microsilica and allied products.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily with the sales team, clients, and consultants for smooth execution of sales activities.
Prepare and maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR), trial schedules, consultant visit records, and sales trackers.
Handle client queries, order processing, and dispatch coordination with the warehouse/logistics team.
Ensure timely submission of invoices, dispatch details, and other client documentation.Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets (500 MT microsilica) by proactive follow-ups.
Assist in planning and execution of product trials and consultant visits.
Maintain strong communication flow between clients, consultants, and internal departments.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Business / Commerce / Engineering (preferred).
2-4 years of experience in sales coordination of client servicing.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
On-time reporting & documentation.
Zero pending client communication beyond 24 hours.
Accurate tracking of trials, visits, and dispatches.
Contribution to achieving monthly sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
