Experience in Transportation Industry required. 1Attend contract RFQs (Online / Offline) as per deadline and submit the rates by effectively co-ordinating with pricing team.2Attend daily freight enquries (Online / Offline) and submit quote to the customers on time.3Enquiry tracker is maintained and analysed to evaluate enquiry to order relaisation ratio 4Co-ordinate with traffic and ensure all the indented vehicles for the day are placed as per schedule.5Address customer concerns/complaints from time to time so as to see the business is not impacted6Visit every customers once in a month and ensure customer relationship is achieved and there by customer retention7Speak to the traffic team, and if required with customer, and correct if any discrepancy in the order8Maintain the customer master and contract master and update as and when required9All the MIS reports - daily, weekly and monthly needs to be prepared
