Job Description

Sales Coordinator:-



Responsibilities:



Handle

day-to-day inbound sales inquiries

via phone, email, and other channels. Prepare and issue

invoices, e-way bills, and related documentation

accurately and on time. Coordinate with customers to

understand their requirements

and provide necessary support.

Follow up with customers

on quotations, orders, and pending payments. Assist the sales team in managing

sales queries and customer correspondence

. Maintain

records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback

for reporting and analysis. Ensure smooth communication between

operations, accounts, and logistics teams

for order execution. Support in

customer calling campaigns

and lead nurturing activities. Perform any other tasks related to sales administration as assigned.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of

MS Office (Excel, Word)

and ability to work on ERP/CRM systems. Familiarity with

invoicing and e-way bill generation

. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving attitude.
