Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and related documents.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Assist in responding to client inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Act as a bridge between the sales team, management, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
Handle order processing, billing, and follow-ups for payments when required.
Ensure timely delivery of products/services by coordinating with internal departments.
Provide administrative support to the sales team for day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
Team player with a customer-first approach.
