Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build a prospective customer pipeline. Coordinate with sales engineers, regional managers, and clients for inquiries and orders. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and tender documents. Maintain customer database, sales pipeline, and order tracking systems. Follow up with clients for quotations, payments, and order confirmations. Coordinate dispatch schedules with production, logistics, and service departments. Handle customer queries and route technical requirements to concerned teams. Support in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing activities. Assist in after-sales coordination with service and spares teams. Prepare MIS, reports, and sales forecasts for management review.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent. 0-3 years of experience in

sales coordination / inside sales

, preferably in

machine manufacturing / engineering industry

. Experience in

cold calling and lead generation

is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems. Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
