Coordinate with the sales team to collect and consolidate daily reports
Maintain and update sales records and customer databases
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for internal review
Use Excel functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables to analyze data
Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Support in preparing quotations, invoices, and documentation
Assist the sales manager in any administrative or operational tasks
Ensure timely communication between departments
