:
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and quotes for customers.
Monitor and respond to sales inquiries via email or phone.
Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry in the company's sales database.
Customer Service
:
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support and follow-up for product or service inquiries.
Address customer complaints and ensure quick resolution by coordinating with the appropriate teams.
Ensure timely communication with clients about order status, delivery schedules, and any issues.
Documentation and Reporting
:
Maintain and update sales reports, customer records, and other related documentation.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Ensure all sales activities are properly documented and filed for reference.
Coordination with Team, Customer, international Client
:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.
Assist in coordinating sales events, trade shows, or marketing campaigns.
Sales Performance Tracking
:
Track key sales metrics and performance indicators to assist in the analysis of the sales team's performance.
Help identify trends and areas for improvement based on the sales data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
