Job Overview:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Sales Coordinator

to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating customer orders, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales department and other teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Sales Support

: Assist the sales team in processing sales orders, preparing quotes, and handling customer inquiries.

2.

Payment Follow-up

: Follow up with clients for pending payments and coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.

3.

Order Management

: Track and follow up on orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients.

4.

Scheduling & Coordination

: Coordinate meetings, presentations, and events for the sales team, ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly.

5.

Customer Communication

: Serve as the point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status and addressing any concerns or queries.

6.

Documentation

: Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and update customer databases.

7.

Sales Analytics

: Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and providing insights for improvement.

8.

Inventory Coordination

: Collaborate with the inventory and procurement teams to ensure product availability and resolve any stock issues.

9.

Support Administrative Tasks

: Help with preparing sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and invoices.

10.

Collaboration

: Work closely with other departments (finance, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
