We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive / Manager to join our Sales & Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating between internal teams and clients, and ensuring smooth order processing, timely communication, and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities :
Share product quotations with customers based on inquiries or specific requirements.
Act as a primary point of contact for customer coordination related to orders, services, and updates.
Ensure timely follow-ups for payment collections as per agreed timelines.
Handle service call requests and provide resolutions, escalating to the concerned team when necessary.
Collect and record feedback from customers after deliveries or services to ensure satisfaction.
Bridge communication between the Sales Team and Customers, facilitating smooth interaction and query resolution.
Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to track order movement and provide accurate delivery timelines to customers.
Maintain detailed documentation of communications, transactions, feedback, and payment status.
Provide post-sales support and work towards building long-term relationships with clients.
