Profile : Sales Coordinator

Preferably Female under 40yrs of age and from nearby location.

Relevant experience is must.

Must have experience of:

1) Coordination of orders with production team and Sales Team.

2) Updating the production sheet in the company's format and sending it to the production team.

3) Negotiating with New Transporters for new and existing Client.

4) Sending Due Payments sheet to marketing team and follow up with concerned marketing person.

5) Marking Pending order sheet.

6) Working and checking of Transport bills and Summary.

7) Maling Dispatch order after coordination.

8) Reviewing and sharing stock statement.

9) Preparing Sales Team Individuals sales quantity and preparing sales MIS.

10) IATF Audit customer PO record maintaining and other Documents

11) Compliance forms to be filled as required by the marketing person (e.g.. vendor registration form etc.)

Requirements.

1) Good command in Excel (MS Office) & Tally.

2) Excellent English Communication (verbal and written).

3) Problem Solving in Allocation of material.

4) Excellent email writing skills.

Experience - 2+ years

Salary - 25k to 30k pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
