Handle incoming inquiries from architects, builders, and potential clients.
Follow up with leads via calls and emails to generate appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead and client databases (CRM).
Prepare and share company brochures, catalogs, and product information with prospects.
Coordinate with the estimation and technical teams to ensure timely quotation submissions.
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and keeping track of project follow-ups.
Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead status and conversion updates.
Support the scheduling of site visits, client meetings, and showroom visits.
Ensure smooth communication between clients, sales team, and operations.
