Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies via cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns.
Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making potential.
Maintain and manage CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Schedule calls, meetings for the sales team and send product samples to the client.
Coordinate and participate in client calls to understand requirements and present tailored product solutions.
Prepare and send sales proposals, product datasheets, pricing quotes, and other documentation.
Serve as the liaison between prospects and internal technical/product teams for complex queries.
Assist in pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract drafting in alignment with internal policies.
Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to customer success or support team's post-closure.
Generate and analyse weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, and conversion rates.
Support sales team in achieving targets and optimizing the end-to-end sales workflow.
Key Requirements:
HSC, Diploma, Graduate.
2-4 years of experience in B2B sales coordination, business development, or inside sales preferably in a product-based company.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles,
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Industry Preference: Transformers, Tubes, Oil & Gas, Polymers, Motors, or any heavy industrial product manufacturing.
