Key Responsibilities:
Make introductory calls to fresh leads to explain the company profile and services.
Collect detailed project-related requirements and information from potential clients.
Monitor the Daily Progress Reports (DPR) of the remotely working marketing team on a daily basis.
Assess and verify the authenticity of leads; segregate and assign them to marketing team members based on their geographic location.
Follow up with the marketing team regarding the status and progress of the assigned leads.
Remind the marketing team about upcoming follow-ups and pending actions related to project leads.
Maintain proper lead documentation and update CRM systems regularly.
Support the sales and business development team in preparing reports, summaries, and follow-up schedules.
Coordinate internally to ensure timely communication between clients and relevant departments.
Generate lead performance metrics and assist with internal review meetings.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive in lead follow-up and internal coordination
Basic understanding of project-based sales cycles
Organized, with good attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking systems
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
