Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers and internal departments (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing.
Generate and process quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and sales orders.
Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and deliveries.
Follow up on payments, pending orders, and deliveries.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet company targets.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatches and documentation (E-way bills, delivery challans, etc.).
Maintain inventory tracking for in-demand and critical materials.
Support the sales team during client meetings, exhibitions, or trade fairs, if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the
metal, engineering, or manufacturing
industry.
Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and email correspondence.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Understanding of metal grades, sizes, and specifications is a plus.
Preferred Qualities:
Knowledge of industrial B2B sales processes.
Familiarity with dispatch, invoicing, and GST billing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
