Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and prospect new leads through various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, and web inquiries.
Sales Qualification:
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, qualify them as potential customers, and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations:
Deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective customers via phone or video calls, highlighting the value of our products and services.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer retention.
CRM Management:
Accurately update and maintain customer records and sales activities in the CRM system to track progress and follow up on leads.
Sales Support:
Provide support to the sales team by assisting with closing deals, preparing quotes, and handling customer inquiries.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on the company's products or services and understand how they address customer needs and challenges.
Performance Targets:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets or quotas to contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share customer insights.
Requirements:
Experience:
2-3 years experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and other sales tools (email, phone, video conferencing).
Organization:
Ability to manage multiple leads and clients while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
Motivation:
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and the ability to work independently.
