We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team in achieving business objectives. The role involves backend support, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with the sales team, vendors, and customers for order processing and follow-ups Prepare quotations, proposals, and product information sheets Track leads, maintain CRM data, and support with lead follow-up communication Liaise with procurement and logistics for dispatches and delivery timelines Manage sales documentation including POs, invoices, and agreements Ensure smooth communication flow between internal departments (Sales, Operations, Finance) Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, outstanding payments, and targets Support the team with client coordination for demo scheduling and information sharing

Candidate Profile:



Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, backend sales, or admin support (IT industry preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with CRM tools and ERP systems is an added advantage Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail Team-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
