Fixed Term Trainee - Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and client databases Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of sales orders Assist in responding to client inquiries and follow-ups Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team Handle documentation related to sales activities, proposals, and quotations

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred) Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales coordination or support Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good communication and interpersonal skills Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
