Key Skills Required :
1+ years' experience in in-house service coordination or sales support
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced level)
Strong product knowledge and ability to identify machine parts
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

Roles & Responsibilities :
Prepare quotations for spare parts requested by end users
Coordinate with service team for identifying correct parts
Follow up with purchase and logistics teams for order tracking and dispatch
Handle logistics documentation and ensure cost-effective delivery solutions
Track order status till delivery to client
Provide telephonic guidance for minor service issues
Assign field engineers based on client location & need
Ensure prompt and efficient service delivery
Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams
Maintain client database and service history
Analyze monthly service revenue vs machine sales
Support AMC offer follow-ups and service team coordination
Assist in marketing and service campaigns
