We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, help prepare sales documents, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure the smooth flow of information and communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the sales team with daily tasks and client follow-ups
Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and contracts
Maintain sales records, client databases, and reports for management
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance or route to relevant departments
Track and monitor ongoing orders, dispatches, and payment collections
Liaise with other departments like logistics, accounts, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of orders
Follow up with clients post-sale for feedback, reorders, and relationship management
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office & Mail Communication
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in IT Hardware will be added advantage
Knowledge of basic sales processes and documentation
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Work Hours:
Monday to Saturday
9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
