Collect and compile Leads from various regions, analyse and convert data into percentage-based and store in cloud.
Provide training of CRM, PRODUCTS like Drills, Breaker & Compressor on a basic level to new joiners to ensure smooth onboarding and effective system usage.
Coordinate with the sales team for attendance tracking and maintain accurate data records in the CRM system.
To communicate sales & service Managers for customers who talking negatively for us.
In an Emergency need to make ABO, P.O. Format, Quotation & P.I. for sales team.
