Job Description

To Manage daily inquiries on the social website, to ensure a timely follow-up with potential customers. Generate leads by analysing and extracting relevant data from the database. Distribute leads to the salesperson of that region and follow up them to update in CRM. To follow up with the sales team for making monthly or yearly sales report. Do calls all 60% category customers till the deal closes and update in CRM & Salesperson. Customer contact details are given for every week/month to back-office team. Managing reports of all members to whom she gives data for calling to her team members for calling. Collect and compile Leads from various regions, analyse and convert data into percentage-based and store in cloud. Provide training of CRM, PRODUCTS like Drills, Breaker & Compressor on a basic level to new joiners to ensure smooth onboarding and effective system usage. Coordinate with the sales team for attendance tracking and maintain accurate data records in the CRM system. To communicate sales & service Managers for customers who talking negatively for us. In an Emergency need to make ABO, P.O. Format, Quotation & P.I. for sales team.
