Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations. Distribute incoming leads to the sales team Ensure all client meeting documents are prepared.

Order Management:

Process orders and coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and accounts) for smooth order fulfilment.

Customer Engagement:

Handle customer inquiries via phone or email. Provide product/service information and follow up on feedback, invoicing, and payments.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate client records in CRM. Track leads, orders, and customer communications.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Track performance and provide insights.

Event Coordination:

Assist with organizing events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Handle event logistics and communication.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of corporate experience preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Team player with collaborative mindset.
