Job Description

We are a 12 year young event management agency. We are looking to expand and thus looking for a Sales Coordinator. He/She will work closely with our Business Teams on all pitches/enquiries for events/exhibitions. The following are the KRAs but not limited to

1. Understand our service offerings, target audience and develop data accordingly

2. Ensure the data is relevant and it is continuously given to the Sales Teams

3. Keep on checking social media for relevant business trends and contacts

4. Check online tenders daily, work on the documentation and see to it that upload of the same happens successfully

5. Maintain database of all photos and videos of events/exhibitions

6. Keep on updating our agency profile

7. Do cold calling and fix meetings and send them agency credentials

8. Update website and social media channels

9. Handle the procurement of gift items

10. Maintain daily multiple reports

11. Follow ups with internal teams

12. Hire/Get Telecallers for inside sales team

13. Handle Social Media Accounts by posting creative posts

We are looking for graduates with 2-3 years of experience in the similar role. Candidates should be proficient in MS Office. Candidates who can travel to Goregaon need only apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
