Conduct outbound calls to generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
Reach out to potential customers, qualify leads, and introduce company products/services.
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Follow-Ups:
Proactively follow up on leads to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
Provide timely responses to client inquiries and ensure consistent communication.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure no lead or opportunity is missed.
Data Generation and Management:
Generate and maintain accurate lead data, ensuring timely updates and completeness.
Utilize Excel to organize fresh data for analysis and reporting.
Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant client and lead information.
Marketing Support and Reporting:
Assist with the daily preparation of Marketing MIS (Management Information System) reports.
Compile data from various marketing channels and summarize key insights for management.
Provide a summary of sales and marketing activities, including lead generation progress.
Sales Coordination:
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-up tasks.
Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for client meetings.
Help streamline internal processes and improve the efficiency of the sales cycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales coordination, marketing, or administrative support.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Candidate should know advanced excel , the applicant should be well versed with all social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram , LinkedIn etc...
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Engineering industry is a plus.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and software.
Previous experience in generating leads and conducting follow-ups.
