Job Summary:

AVS Industrial Solutions LLP is hiring a

Sales Coordinator

with experience in the

industrial sector (Manufacturing/Service Provider, etc.)

strong communication skills in Hindi & English

technical knowledge of industrial products

manage customer queries and orders efficiently

Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

Handle customer inquiries via

phone, email, and chat

, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.

Sales Coordination:

Assist with

order processing, quotations, and follow-ups

, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

Technical Support:

Understand and address basic

technical queries

related to industrial products.

Process Improvement:

Identify

upselling/cross-selling

opportunities and contribute to better sales processes.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma/Bachelor's in

Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related fields

Experience:

Preferred in

sales coordination (industrial/manufacturing sector)

Skills:

Strong

Hindi & English communication
