ROLE : Being responsible for ensuring timely and correct delivery of products

PROFILE : Specific qualification is not mandatory. 5 -10 years experience in handling order processing Knowledge of exports will be an added advantage dispatch

? Managing all the sales local & exports related activity of the company.

? Preparing Quotations, Tax Invoices, Performa Invoice.

? Maintaining Dispatch Sheet for consignments sent across all with builty details & Courier receipts of documents sent.

? Maintaining & filing all dispatch related documents.

? Preparing Sales Executive Visit Data & co ordinating with them on Field Visit

? Co-ordinating for Catalogue, Advertisement /Banners & preparations for exhibitions

? Attending Walk in Customer

? Handling customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller.

? Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.

? Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.

? Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

? Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.

? Supporting the field sales team.

? Ensuring that staff uniforms and personal appearance are always clean and professional.

? Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.

? Organising sales promotions through Email & WhatsApp

? Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.

? Speaking with customers using clear and professional language.

? Resolving any sales related issues with customers.

? Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.

? Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.

? Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,500.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
