Job Summary:

Vicco Laboratories, a trusted name in Ayurvedic personal care, is seeking an experienced

Sales Coordinator

for our Nagpur location. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, ensure smooth communication with clients and the field team, and help boost regional sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the sales team in managing orders, targets, and customer relationships. Handle order processing, dispatch tracking, and follow-ups with logistics and clients. Maintain sales records, update databases, and prepare daily/weekly reports. Liaise with distributors, retailers, and internal departments to ensure efficient order flow. Resolve customer queries and assist in complaint handling. Assist with promotional activities, marketing material distribution, and event coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is plus point. 2-5 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role (FMCG/Pharma plus point). Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
