Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
Coordinate with customers and internal departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, finance) to fulfill orders and resolve issues
Prepare and maintain sales documents, contracts, and proposals
Update CRM systems and ensure accurate records of sales activities
Assist with the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales team members
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing
Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with clients
