To support the sales team in achieving sales targets by coordinating sales activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth operations of the sales process for medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
Order Management:
Coordinate and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and documentation.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors. Address client queries and provide product information.
Inventory Coordination:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/production teams to ensure availability of medical equipment.
Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including sales performance, client follow-ups, and pending orders.
Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing product demonstrations, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Team Coordination:
Liaise between sales executives, service teams, and management to ensure smooth workflow.
Market Research:
Gather information on competitors, market trends, and potential clients to support sales strategies.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and client communications.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of medical equipment or healthcare industry is a plus.
Ability to multitask and coordinate between teams effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in medical equipment or healthcare sector.
Work Environment:
Office-based with occasional travel to client locations, hospitals, or exhibitions.
