Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator specializing in Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team, manage client inquiries, and coordinate sales activities related to material handling equipment. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, customer service orientation, and a good understanding of MHE. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team in handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders related to Material Handling Equipment.
    • Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service needs promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Collaborate with the inventory or logistics team to monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of MHE products.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
  • Sales Documentation:
    • Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, including contracts, sales reports, and customer records.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documentation and reports.
  • Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Develop a strong understanding of various Material Handling Equipment products and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
    • Provide sales team members and customers with product information and training as needed.
  • Sales Coordination:
    • Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of sales activities.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends related to Material Handling Equipment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in the Material Handling Equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of Material Handling Equipment products, their features, and applications.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Customer-oriented approach with good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.

FEMALE CANDIDATE PREFERRED
Candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in a Sales Co-ordination job. Ideally should be in and around Poonamallee, Porur, Thirumazhisai, and Thiruvallur area. Salary not a constraint for the right candidates. Need immediate joiner.
