Process and verify sales orders; update ERP/CRM systems.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, production, and accounts for order fulfillment.
Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
Prepare sales documents (invoices, delivery challans, gate passes).
Maintain sales records, customer data, and MIS reports.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate credit control.
Support sales team with quotations, tenders, and meeting arrangements.
Requirements
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Zoho) and MS Excel.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with good time management abilities.
Knowledge of sales processes and documentation.
