Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced field sales professional who can coordinate and monitor the sales team and act as a link between the salespersons and the Director/Owner. The role involves tracking sales activities, preparing reports, sharing insights, and guiding the sales team to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor daily activities of field salespersons
Track sales targets, visits, follow-ups, and conversions
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Share performance insights and updates with Director/Owner
Guide and support salespersons to improve results
Ensure discipline, productivity, and proper reporting by sales team
Support implementation of sales plans and strategies
Occasionally visit field with sales team for review and guidance
Eligibility & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in field sales
Experience in handling or coordinating sales teams preferred
Strong understanding of sales processes
Good reporting and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
CRM knowledge is an added advantage
