Desired candidate: Well-versed with Advance Excel, Experience in coordination with dealers, distributors and sales force for sales data and order data.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Receive and process sales orders from the sales team Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently Coordinate with sales team and other departments for order fulfillment Daily Follow-up with account related to Credit note, debit note, cash discount & Goods return. Ensure timely and accurate order processing Inventory updation weekly & Tally Prepare weekly outstanding report ASM & Distributor Wise. Assistance preparing promotional material
Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in MS Office Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills.
