Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team in daily sales operations and follow-ups
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate order processing
Maintain coordination with OEMs, end users, and channel partners
Assist in scheduling product demos, meetings, and technical discussions
Coordinate with production, service, and logistics teams for smooth order execution
Maintain MIS, sales reports, and customer databases
Track order status, dispatches, and payment follow-ups
Collect market feedback and basic competitor information
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience
in sales coordination or B2B sales support
Exposure to
machine tools, CNC machines, cutting tools, or industrial equipment
preferred
Good communication and follow-up skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel, email, and basic documentation
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Any relevant technical or commercial qualification
