3. Reporting To: - Department HOD
4.Company/Working Location: - Moraiya, Ahmedabad (Gujarat)

5.Salary:- 4.00 LPA - 6.00 LPA ( Salary Not Constraint For right Candidate )

6. Any Graduate
7. Experience :- Min 2 Yrs.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints through calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Support) to resolve customer issues efficiently. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues. Analyze customer behavior and suggest improvements to enhance retention and satisfaction. Prepare and share regular reports on customer service metrics and CRM activity. Contribute to CRM campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Required Skills:



Excellent English communication skills

- both verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM software. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive attitude, patience, and customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
