Role Overview
We are looking for a
Sales Coordinator
(preferably married) who will handle outbound calls to our existing database of clients. This is
not a cold-calling or random lead generation role
-- you will be speaking only to verified leads provided by the company.
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with our sales team to convert leads into orders.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to clients from the company database (no random calling)
Introduce our product range, share offers, and follow up on orders
Maintain call records and update CRM/Google Sheets
Coordinate with sales team for client meetings and order closures
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and order confirmations
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp Business)
Pleasant and confident phone manner
Organised and detail-oriented
Preferred:
Married women with prior experience in sales coordination or telecalling
