1-5Years Key responsibilities & duties - Managing correspondence through email and phone calls to the customers, maintaining data accurately in spreadsheets, databases, and other software (Trackofield etc). Prepare and manage documents and files.
Managing day to day tasks assigned by senior. JOB DISCRIPTION-
- Submission of techno-commercial offer to the customer in accordance with the customer needs.
- Follow up with OEM for the techno-commercial offer.
- Follow up with OEM for timely delivery of material.
- Follow up with logistic team for timely delivery of material
- Managing day to day task assigned by the Senior
- Follow up with customer regarding enquiry, techo-commercial offer Submission, Technical clearance, GAD QAP Approval with Customer and OEM.
- Evaluation of P.O received from Customer.
- Placing P.O to OEM in accordance with P.O received from customer.
- Follow up with OEM regarding manufacturing status and delivery timeline.
- Weekend availability
