We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in the trading of steel pipes. The Sales Coordinator will provide essential support to our sales team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the sales process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role will play a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other departments within the organization.
  • Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records using our CRM system.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Monitor and track the progress of sales orders, resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.
  • Assist in market research activities to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitors\' activities.
