Act as the primary point of contact for customers; providing product information, technical specifications, and preliminary pricing for equipment (ranges, refrigeration, ware washing, etc.).
Generate accurate professional quotes and formal proposals using CRM and ERP systems.
Manage the end-to-end order cycle, including placing orders with manufacturers and tracking shipment timelines.
Filter incoming inquiries from our website and phone lines to identify high-value opportunities for the senior sales team.
Coordinate with the Logistics and Installation teams to ensure equipment is delivered and installed according to the client's kitchen layout and timeline.
